User story

As a user, I want the Terminology Browser concept page to clearly indicate when a concept or a name is retired and to display concept comments so I can understand status and context while reviewing concepts.

Use case

Open a concept in TBv3, quickly see retired status (concept and names) and read any available comment without needing to query the API.

Requirements

  • Concept retired indicator in TBv3:
    • Show a visible marker/label when the concept is retired
    • Optionally apply the existing UI pattern (e.g., title color in red or standard “retired” styling used in the repo)
  • Name retired indicator in TBv3:
    • Show whether each name is retired (at least a label/marker per name row)
  • Concept comment visibility:
    • Display the concept comment in the concept detail view
    • Place it in an appropriate UI area (e.g., below descriptions or within a collapsible section/tab)

Acceptance criteria

  • Given a retired concept, when viewing it in TBv3, then a clear retired indicator is shown (using existing UI pattern/styling).
  • Given a concept with retired names, when viewing names in TBv3, then each retired name is visibly marked.
  • Given a concept has a comment available via the API, when viewing the concept in TBv3, then the comment is visible in the UI.
