Grafana UI not working

I have just installed a clean installation, but on the Grafana UI I get "Error You'll need additional permissions to perform this action. Permissions needed: dashboards:read"

How to fix this issue?

I was running into this same exact issue, and was able to finally solve it.

I'm using Ubuntu, but assume that Windows/Mac has the same/similar option.

Within Docker Desktop, go to Resources -> File sharing and make sure that /var/openbmp is the only thing listed there. Without this step, whenever you try to mount a volume, it will mount within the container an empty directory.

Additionally, make sure you do the following in order to download the OBMP dashboards and datastore file as the instructions are not listed on the readme page within this github:

cp -r obmp-grafana/dashboards obmp-grafana/provisioning ${OBMP_DATA_ROOT}/grafana/
