Implement OIDC #243
Description
Currently, there is an open issue to implement SAML. This is fine for most environments but may not be the preferred in all cases. Often OIDC is preferred for it's ability to scale without the limitations of session management.
It would be nice if Open-MBEE implemented OIDC as an alternative to SAML.
