Avoid using gnustep-config in run_oolite.sh and instead copy the conf file during build

Using gnustep-config in run_oolite.sh adds a runtime dependency on GNUstep make. Remove that dependency by finding the conf file during build and copying it in the oolite.app/Resources folder.
