Details on major versions?

Apologies if I am missing something obvious. Having generated an addon using the templates and built it out, I have a number of packages from this repo.

As new versions are released, where can I go to see the changes between major versions? (especially breaking changes).

As an example I currently have office-addin-cli at 1.6.5 but I can see the latest version is 2.0.3
