Add additional Minecraft Block extensions (for characteristics)

We already have:

• Door
• Fence
• FenceGate
• Ladder
• MovingBlock (Needs to be renamed to FallingBlock)
• Slab (with double)
• Stairs
• Wall

We need to continue adding more

What's left? We have potential for pressure plates, what else do we really
need?

You can remove asset loading from that list.
