Update versioning scheme?

The current versioning scheme loosely follows either Calver or Chronver, by disregarding separator chars such as dot, command, hyphen, and oher supported chars, which doesn't make it incompatible with a proper parser. That is, nstead of the current number being 20240325.1 it should be 2024.03.25.1.

JReleaser supports both Calver and Chronver. It seems to be Chronver should be the chosen versioning scheme.

Alternatively, JReleaser could support Chronver without separating characters between year, month, and day.

FWIW JReleaser 1.23.0 will support lenient parsing of chronver inputs, and this there may not be a need to change the versioning scheme.
