All the tables in the schema documentation are broken now

Pre-formatted text tags are not showing up in a fixed-width font on the new schema documentation pages. See, for example:

Well, not ALL the tables. Some of the truth value tables are working. But it seems many of the tables are broken, formatting-wise.
