Add SetVerilogVersion as analyze / simulate command

Similar to SetVHDLVersion the command SetVerilogVersion would be useful.
The following versions are available (read out from Riviera-PRO 2025.10):

vlog -help
...
[-sv2k23 | -sv2k17 | -sv2k12 | -sv2k9 | -sv2k5 | -v2005 | -v2k5 | -v2k | -v95]
...
