First, middle and last name nemid webform elements

Currently, it is only possible to fetch the full name via os2forms_nemid_name. In some instances it would be beneficial to get parts of names. One of these instances is the infamous Fordelingskomponenten.

Required changes

• The os2web_datalookup need to be updated to expose not just the full name but also the separate parts of a name.
• Elements should be added to os2forms_nemid

Testing

Once integrated a test-cpr number should be used to ensure that the added elements display the expected values:

• Configure os2web_datalookup to always use a known test cpr-number
• Create a new webform
• Add the new elements to the webform and possibly the os2forms_nemid_name
• Configure webform such that it displays values fetched from CPR lookup
• Check that values are displayed as expected
