Issues Using a Blank Database

what type of blank database were you trying to use?

@kwuz I'm using a SQLServer blank (other than CVs) ODM2 database.

@AmberSJones @horsburgh this is an issue we are going to need a little feedback on. How should we allow them to create new units for a blank database? This is before we have gotten to the wizard to add those types of things? We could try and add an option at the bottom of the units list to "Create New ..." and have it pop up the wizard that creates a new Unit.
