Update "main activities"

Add links to bosc, cofest, event awards
Move event awards higher in list
Adding qualifiers ("some years", "occasionally") to two of the activities that actually we don't do much of.
I'm wondering if we should remove the "managing servers" item - we don't really do those things anymore, do we? At least we may want to update that item.
