Shift-click the spec button in the bottom right of talent tree to open in TTV

Splitting from NumyAddon/TalentTreeViewer#16

...maybe a shortcut button to view the current character's other spec's loadouts (maybe shift+clicking one of the spec buttons in the bottom right of the non-TTV talent window to open it in TTV) as icing on the cake, rather than opening TTV and navigating to the character then spec.

(Probably belongs in TTW repo but not sure if github allows my first line's reference across repositories. It probably does if I did a full link rather than trying a "#" search)
