Option to auto-select "Use Shared Action Bars"

A tweak to allow auto-marking of the "Use Shared Action Bars" when creating a new loadout would be nice. I dislike that every time I make a new loadout I have to then go into that loadout's options to mark this.

Used a WA for that before and miss this function.
