Add dynamic lists

I suggest adding an option for dynamic, user editable lists, for strings (although support for other editor types could also be useful). I'm envisioning something similar to YACL's lists, but contained in a single option (w/ moulconfig style obviously) instead of pretending to be a group. It should have options for max length, min length, and where to insert new entries.

In essence this could just be an extension of the draggable list, just instead of having a popup of valid remaining values it is a popup with a text field (and a Function<String, T> passed as an argument somwhere). I guess the difficulty would partially be in how to find that valid parser function. Theoretically we could allow passing in a class that can be loaded as an editor by the XML parser as well for custom editors:

What style of declaring these did you have in mind?

Sorry for the late response. I envision something along these lines:

@ConfigEditorDraggableList(
	minItems = 3,
    maxItems = 5,
    editor = @DraggableListEditor(value = EditorType.STRING)
)
public List<String> list = new ArrayList<>();

Min and max items would default to zero and max int value respectively. The editor could be declared as an existing type for simplicity or a custom editor could be declared with @DraggableListEditor(value = EditorType.CUSTOM, editor = Editor.class)
