Resolution change doesn't seem to work anymore with latest release of Sunshine

Hi,

I've recently installed the latest stable release of sunshine and it seems the upscaling resolution doesn't work anymore.
If i revert Sunshine to the January stable version, it's working again.

Maybe it's related to the latest security updates ?
Tried with v2025.628.4510 sunshine version and needed to revert to v2025.122.141614

Switched to Apollo (fork of sunshine) as it support virtual display natively.
