Monitor does not return

After install, monitor does not return after stream. I am also using MonitorSwapAutomation with Virtual Display Driver
i have tried closing out of moonlight entirely, and still it does not return after the 2 minutes of unconnection

You're likely not ending the session before closing out Moonlight. Please make sure to go back into moonlight and ensure no streams are running.
