Match resolution on resume

Hi, firstly - thank you for this script. It makes game streaming work perfectly on all my devices.

One question, would It be possible to match on resume as well as on a new stream?

What I mean is that when I start a new stream from Moonlight, it matches the resolution perfectly, but when I for example switch devices, and just disconnect and then resume on the new device, it doesn't match the resolution.

Not a big thing, I just quit the stream and start it up on the new device, but if there somehow is a way to tell Sunshine to run this script on resume as well it would be great?

I know this already marked for enhancement, but what is interesting is that this tool seemed to already behave in this way.

I updated from Sunshine 0.20.0 to 0.21.0 and updated this tool to the latest at the same time, so I’m not sure where the change resides which causes it to behave differently now.

It was such a nifty behavior.
