(tarball) docs missing for DependencyCollectableSet

[DependencyCollectableSet](https://github.com/NodeSecure/scanner/blob/master/workspaces/tarball/src/class/DependencyCollectableSet.class.ts) should be documented since it is now parts of the public api of the tarball package.
