Refactor Layout #5
Description
I am no css guru and the page doesn't always play nicely with smaller screens. There is supposed to be a pan and zoom out buttons on the top right hand side of the graph - but it isn't always there.
Also, need to make the 'control panel' more user friendly with a more intuitive design. Incorporate Responsive Web Design Pattern.
Upgrade the loading indicator - it could look much better.
I know the css is sloppy - but hey, I never claimed to be a Graphic Design artist! ;)
