Pod install saying only version available is 1.0 when podspec says it's 1.4

When I try to install NRGramkit through Cocoapods I get the following error:

[!] Required version (NRGramKit (= 1.4)) not found for NRGramKit`.
Available versions: 1.0``

Any ideas what might be going wrong?
