Add starter projects

A fast way to get started using anyting is a starter project. With the addition of starter projects to this repository, it will be even faster to build apps upon the Computational Magic API. 

Initially, the first starter project "Magic-Summary App-Backend (Python)" will be build using Python, FastAPI and Strawberry to form a backend server for an app that already is setup to use summary.
