@itrs, thanks for the report — you're right, I confirm there’s an issue with the Linux Tauri .deb and .rpm build since just after the 0.15.0 release.
In the meantime, you can still use the portable version (.AppImage); just make it executable first.

Finally the .deb missing was on purpose, to reduce the types of build to support and to not automatically add files to system folders, but sadly the .AppImage and the binary in the .zip have a problem, sorry.
So we will look into a solution asap.
