Unable to Create Environment with Provided #6

Hi, nice to read the excellent paper, and thanks for sharing and organizing the data & codes. However, I encountered an issue while trying to create the environment using the provided environment.yml file. Some of the packages in the environment file are outdated or incompatible with the latest versions available in Conda, causing the environment creation to fail.
Could you update the environment.yml file with newer versions of the packages so that it can be installed without compatibility issues? Alternatively, providing a list of known working versions or a requirements.txt file would also be helpful.
