Commit message with scope failed

I've tried to commit the following message with scope but commitlint fails
Commit message:

build(NBR-1234): Add git hooks pre-commit and commit-msg

Error:

Execution failed for task ':commitlint'.
> �[01;31mInvalid commit type. See https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/�[00m

According to the this description, is a valid commit message.

Is it possible to add this capability?
