Next step button is disabled on new restore run

After starting an application restoration a new restore is not possible because the Next button is disabled.

Steps to reproduce

• Start restoration of app1 from "Backup and restore" page
• While app1 is restoring, try to restore another app

Expected behavior

I can start another restore process.

Actual behavior

The UI Next button is disabled and I cannot proceed. If cluster-admin page is reloaded (e.g. F5, Ctrl + R) Next button is enabled again.
