Goal
Reorganize and simplify call routing management, clearly separating inbound and outbound logic and improving overall clarity and control.

This section includes:

• Inbound routes (read-only overview and management entry points)
• Outbound routes (trunk selection and ordering per route)
• Routes list (overview, grouping by type, main info)
• Trunk assignment and ordering within outbound routes

Design goals

• clearly separate inbound and outbound routes
• provide clear entry points (CTA) to open Visual Plan for editing inbound routes
• simplify outbound route configuration by focusing on trunk assignment and priority
• make trunk order and fallback logic easy to understand
