Documentation: Provide Maven-generated site for plugin

A site for the Maven plugin should be published to github.io similar to https://netcentric.github.io/aem-classification/ for https://github.com/Netcentric/aem-classification/tree/master/aem-classification-maven-plugin. This requires some metadata like in https://github.com/Netcentric/aem-classification/tree/master/aem-classification-maven-plugin/src/site and an extended GitHub Action, a dedicated branch for the generated HTML pages (like https://github.com/Netcentric/aem-classification/tree/gh-pages), the according settings in https://github.com/Netcentric/pickaxe-security-scanner/settings/pages and an adjusted GitHub Workflow (like https://github.com/Netcentric/aem-classification/blob/05e2b595ccf64f7070afa9d3593f93da93a97230/.github/workflows/maven.yml#L36).
