Using the Shift Toolkit to perform VM Conversion

Summary

We need a section to document the requirements to create the destination volume for a VM conversion. This should specify the required SVM settings (i.e. protocol & NFS export permissions) along with the requirement to create a least 1 Qtree in the destination volume. This is currently implied with the screenshot shown in the Datastore => Destination Qtree screenshot (attached), but is not spelled out as part of the necessary work to prepare the destination volume to receive the converted VMs.
