[Bug] Scheduled Backup Stopped or Paused Randomly

Describe the bug

Scheduled Backup stopped or paused randomly.
Click on Notification Progress and Started the App in the Foreground the Backup resumed for random time before he stopped or paused again.
Or Removed the Notification by swiped. The Notification progress become again (sometimes) and resumed for random time before he stopped or paused again.

Expected Behavior

Completed Running Scheduled Backup include Background without stopped or paused like previous Versions

I had the same problem too on a backup I tried to setup last night. I set it for around 3:15am and found progress stopped when I woke up at 4:55. After pressing the notification, it finished the last few backups.
I also noticed that it duplicated the last few backups. For example, I had one from around 3:35, and the other one after clicking the notification around 4:55.

I'm having this issue as well, Android 16 on a Pixel 7 Pro, running 8.3.16 from F-Droid.

I created a schedule to back up everything at 3:30 AM, it started, but from the logs (it appears they delete themselves? Tried to retrieve for this post) it hung at 3:33 AM. When I woke up around 6:30, I pressed the notification to bring the app to the foreground, and it got unstuck. It hung at least one or two more times and I had to keep unsticking it by clicking the notification.

I think this issue is also happening even without having to schedule the backup... I was noticing it yesterday when testing by manually kicking off backups

Having the same issue on LineageOS 22 too.

I suspect it's related to Android's battery-saving strategy but I have set NeoBackup to 'Unrestricted' background activity.
