Venue Photos

The basics for this is in 338e034, setting it aside while I go back to adding some model tests, but the idea would be that venue claimers might be able to upload a photo or two, which we could display on the Have page.

To remind myself, things still needing to be done here are:

• Pagination
• A default image
• Add back the list view of the venues and a toggle to switch between them
• Fix the CSS
• Add a photo URL field to the Claim this Venue page

Great idea. For bonus points, we should integrate this with the need page, too
