Frontend assets should be a static site

The plan here is to use something like Frozen-Flask to render a static version of the dynamic site. This allows us to leverage flask templates and functions in our code (specifically, url_for comes in handy). This would likely require modifications to Frozen-Flask and is up for discussion. Better alternatives are certainly welcome.
