Per requirements in #1841 , users need to be able to specify a schema in the CSCL DB and begin extraction from there.
I have this as a separate issue from #2110 just to focus on the unique constraints of pulling data from the CSCL db - the other is more focused on a specific intermediate file that is also a required output for GR
