NSPanel Manager v2.1.3 uses deprecated kelvin parameter for RGB+White bulbs

When toggling RGB+White bulbs from NSPanel, the manager sends deprecated kelvin parameter instead of color_temp_kelvin.

Environment:

• NSPanel Manager: v2.1.3-stable
• Home Assistant: 2026.1.3
• Panel: US NSPanel
• Affected lights:
  • Smart LED Bulb (1718) by LIGHTINGINSIDE/Launray
  • E21-N1EA by Sengled

Error message:
"Got kelvin argument in turn_on service, which is deprecated and will break in Home Assistant 2026.1"

Expected: Should use color_temp_kelvin parameter instead.
