Think about how to add support for the 2.0 API

[RT 5](https://docs.bestpractical.com/release-notes/rt/5.0.0) offers a totally rewritten API that looks backwards compatible. It looks a _lot_ better and easier to use than the 1.0 API. We should think about whether it makes sense to add support in this package for the 2.0 API or build a new package.
