[NAM 50] Flipped tile on Blue Suspension RHW-4 and RHW-3 bridge

Describe the bug
The final tile of the RHW-4S Blue Suspension Bridge (and also RHW-3) is flipped, both the texture and the paths are reversed compared to what was expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Draw the bridge
2. See the flipped texture
3. Enable drawpaths and see the flipped paths

Expected behavior
Functional RHW-4S bridge
