2D visualisator using Pixi.JS

We'll write a 2D visualisator using Pixi.JS. Issues of this visualisator will not be in this repository, but in the repoitory of the visualisator. The visualisator will use XY-, YZ- and XZ-diagrams and will communicate with the simulator using the WebSocket-protocol.
