[Feature] Add group by framework support when symbol image comment is enabled

Currently when add symbol image comment is enabled, the comment is added for every symbol.

eg. /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/UIFoundation.framework/Versions/A/UIFoundation

I suggest we can add a single comment entry for each image to group them.
