RooUtil can only handle two different TrkQual algorithms

In #305, I added the ability for EventNtuple to write the results of multiple TrkQual algorithms for easier comparison between models. However, that PR only extends RooUtil to read two different TrkQual algorithms. We should find a way to extend RooUtil to read multiple TrkQual algorithms

This can use something similar to what was implemented for the trigger branches in #314. Namely, while looping through branches, check to see if they have a "trkqual" prefix and then set the branch address based on that
