clicks / actions / trials not updating on the treatments page

I created a new SB for petitions.moveon.org/sign/lets-rebuild-the-petition and created a few petitions. A few of us tested sharing this petition, clicking on a treatment from facebook, and then signing a petition from the share link -- in summary, multiple shares, clicks and at least one action (the sig). And I waited more than 5min for the cache to get synced to the primary db, yet still the variants page shows all 0s for clicks / actions / trials:

Probably we need to explicitly update the rds database's metadata table in schema-actions.js when we sync the cache over to the rds DB.

For variants that saw action before we implemented caching, need to make sure that the counts from cache are getting added to the metadata in the db and not replacing the metadata in the db. UPDATE: I see sharers being updated this way in https://github.com/MoveOnOrg/sharebandit/blob/master/schema-actions.js#L416 , I think I can just add a query that updates metadata right after sharers are updated.
