Add a scroll bar to the main account window #18

If you have around 50 idle accounts the main window of TF2Idle starts hiding the accounts names. See attached screenshot. You can fix this by changing the row settings in the options but it would be great if the main window had a scroll bar that appeared once names started getting cut off.
