feat: Option to not start ADB server

Feature description

An option in configuration to disable starting the ADB server (this should probably be the other way around, honestly).

At the very least, an option to automatically kill the ADB server on close if it was started by Morphe would be great.

Motivation

I have no use for ADB in the GUI. Morphe also doesn't kill the server when the GUI is closed, and I only rarely use it.

Yes, I know I could just remove from my PATH.

Yea, that needs be fixed. We could have a toggle that is default off for ADB. If turned on, then it starts. If turned off or application is closed, we need to cleanly shut it off before closing.
