Why is mdl-loadmodel having http request timeouts? #162
Description
mdl-loadmodel -model Seed2098.3 -autoCompleteMedia MpDefinedYus -genome 2098.3 -overwrite 1
result in:
Processing model Seed2098.3.1 for genome 2098.3
2012-06-13 15:55:39: Request failed with code=500, sleeping 1 and retrying
etc.
Why is loadmodel doing http requests?
Could the request failure be due to the fact that this genome is a private RAST genome?
