object rights not working, perhaps because of case mismatch #161
Description
When running mdl-printcytoseed, my login name appears to be uppercased somewhere, then the object rights management doesn't recognize that I am the owner of the model I want:
mdl-printcytoseed -model iYusMp.1 -directory ~/Desktop/CytoSEED/Models
mdlprintcytoseed
in get_object_rights with ModelSEED::ModelDB::MODEL=HASH(0x7f8fdb6941c8), login is public, owner is public
in get_object_rights with ModelSEED::ModelDB::MODEL=HASH(0x7f8fdb613d10), login is PUBLIC, owner is public
