Versions of libraries #1

Hello! I'm trying to run the model from this repository. However, there is no any list of versions of libraries that are needed. Trying to run the model (with run_CBG_Model_to_SS.py) with the newest versions of libraries leads to freezing of the process in the 369 line: "run_to_steady_state(steady_state_duration)" . The same happens if I try to install versions close to the beginning of 2020, since it is a year of publication of the paper and this repo.
I hope that the cause of freezing in the wrong version of library, or some peculiarity of installation those libraries. Is there exact list of versions of libraries or I should write to the authors of the model?
