The displaying of live DMX values should be improved in the following manner:
- Use a custom widget that displays channels side by side instead of a list
- Display Fixture name and channel name (if any)
- Display multiple universes in one window
- display trends in addition to current value
- Allow selecting the update speed between 5s and .25s with 1s being the default
- If fixture definition contains 16bit channels, draw a bond between two channels and display the combined value in addition
