Hey is Instakill actually supposed to kill them with one hit. if it is then its not working for me

1 Tip thats not good but easy is to make the default damage on the head part of the tool do alot of damage. It wont fix it if you have it on the tool rod och on the extra. FYI you didnt thought about it
