I've had two tickets today about this.
This particular one, with loxuk_:he rented cbd022 and it said as much in the /realty info. The sign for the region didn't update, and it didn't add him to the /rg region. Temporarily added him to it as an owner. Something similar happened with Johnes and his senator office.
