Ctrl+Z (Undo) no longer works in DevTools Elements

146.0.3856.72 (Official build) (64-bit)

OS:
Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.7623 -- Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.275.0

Repro:

1. Open Edge DevTools
2. In Elements, edit or move an attribute or text node in the HTML source or the sidebar Styles
3. Press Ctrl+Z
4. Nothing happens

Expected:
Ctrl+Z undoes the last edit in Elements

Actual:
Ctrl+Z does nothing, while other shortcuts like Ctrl+F, Ctrl+S, and Ctrl+P still work

Notes:

• This has been happening for weeks
• Remapping to something else (like SHIFT+P) did not help
• Disabling extensions did not help
• Private browsing did not help

More tests:

• In DevTools, "F1 → Restore defaults and refresh" did not help
• Running msedge.exe --user-data-dir="%TEMP%\edge-devtools-test" and trying there did not help
