Update documentation of the CLI for the use of workspace commands

The current documentation of the CLI is based of the generally available "regular" commands (generate/update).
Once the CLI workspace commands are not behind a feature flag anymore, the documentation should reflect the newer workspace commands. (client/plugin add/edit/remove/generate)
